Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend an event or wish to transfer your booking to another person, please either:

  • Login to modify your registration from the “already registered” link on the event.
  • Login to your registration using both your event confirmation number and email address.
  • You can cancel your registration for a full refund within 7 days.
  • If you cannot carry out the steps above then email  or call Q Shelter on 07 3831 5900.
  • For registration transfers, please advise us in writing of the full name and details of the person replacing you at least 24 hours before the event starts.

Other points:

  • Registrations are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation or non-attendance.
  • We will endeavour to issue full refunds as soon as possible if 7 days notice is given for paid events.
  • Q Shelter reserves the right to cancel, postpone or move event under certain circumstances, such as low registration numbers. If this happens we will advise you as soon as possible and your registration fee will be fully refunded or you will be offered another date.
  • Q Shelter is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur if the event is cancelled. We will work with you to minimise these expenses however full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
