To strengthen engagement within our sector, Q Shelter now offers a fee-for-service offering for event planning and event logistical support. We know that many organisations don’t have these specialised skills within their teams so we’re offering this opportunity as a paid service.
Whether your organisation is planning a celebration, community activation, conference, training, award ceremony (or something else) our inhouse event planner has over 2 decades of event experience to help bring the vision to life.
We will work with you to make sure universal accessibility is applied to your event, so every employee and guest has a memorable and seamless experience- end-to-end.

- AV design and management
- Collaborating with in-house chefs to craft a tailored food and beverage selection that complements your event perfectly
